Foods that we want to have less of are foods such as cookies, chocolates and ready made meals. The reason being is because they often contain a man made fat known as trans fat which manufacturers put into their products to extend the shelf lives. Unfortunately these trans fats not only extend the shelf life they also raise your bad cholesterol and decrease your good cholesterol. There are other health concerns linked to these kinds of fats which are quite worrying, so much so that they are now banned in two European countries and some US states are banning them as well. To see if food that you are buying contains these trans fats have a look on the label and if it says hydrogenated vegetable oil or vegetable fats than these are trans fats.
Supplements that you should includes to help control cholesterol include fish oil supplements. The reason for fish oil supplements is that they help to lower your triglyceride levels, and when your triglyceride levels are low then this means your good cholesterol levels are going to rise, and when your good cholesterol levels rise then due to that your bad cholesterol levels decrease. Fish oil has been found to be hugely beneficial in not only helping control cholesterol but also helping to protect from heart disease in general.
A form of supplementation that is quickly growing in popularity is the use of blended supplements. These kinds supplements normally contain around about five or six different ingredients that help control cholesterol in several ways. For instance, they reduce the LDL, increase HDL, inhibit the amount of cholesterol produced by the liver, reduce the amount of cholesterol that is absorbed into the body and increase the amount of it that is excreted from the body. A similar study conducted in America found an association with drinking tea and a reduction of heart attacks of over forty percent. These studies show drinking green tea is not just food for your immune system. It is also an improvement for your heart's health.

Keeping Love Alive

In order to keep love alive, there are so many things involved. The most important one is "don't hide any thing about your past". Some times small things will increase love for your partner in your heart. One of the most romantic things, simple as it is, is to simply say "I LOVE YOU" in different ways, different times and even different languages. Don't forget the normal things like giving roses every occasion or even just for nothing.
Surprise can play a key role in keeping love alive. Every once in a while surprise gift to your special person in different ways. Make promises to your mate and always do your very best to complete the promise and stand for it.
